Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient order fulfillment within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety compliance while identifying and implementing process improvements.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, inventory, and order fulfillment.Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular safety checks.Identify and implement process improvements.Support budget management and cost-saving initiatives.Essential Skills4+ years in warehouse operations.3+ years in a supervisory role.Proficient with WMS and inventory software.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.Understanding of OSHA regulations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with production lines is a plus.Sit down and stand-up forklift certified.Work Environment
The position is based in a warehouse setting, requiring proficiency with inventory and logistics technologies, including cycle counting and shipping and receiving. The supervisor will operate within a safety-conscious environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

This is a Permanent position based out of East Orange, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
