🔧 Key Responsibilities📦 Package & Palletize: Prepare orders for distribution with precision and care.🚚 Load & Unload: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing shipments.🔄 Stock Transfers: Process material requests and stock movements promptly.🏭 Replenishment: Support production and warehouse restocking as needed.📋 Inventory Accuracy: Handle ERP transactions, physical receipts, and condition verification.🔁 Returns & Cycle Counts: Assist with returns processing and inventory audits.🧾 Order Processing: Complete confirmations, backflushing, and work order receipts.🌍 Shipping Prep: Label and prepare shipments, including dangerous goods and international orders.✅ Quality Checks: Verify item accuracy and condition before shipment.🧠 ERP Use: Generate work and sales orders using ERP systems.🤝 Team Support: Train new associates and support cross-functional operations.🚨 Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and escalate warehouse issues as needed.🛠️ Essential SkillsStrong experience in order picking, packaging, and kittingProficient in inventory control and RF scanner usageSkilled in material handling and pallet jack operationKnowledge of shipping/receiving processes and labeling standards📈 Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Experience handling dangerous goods and international shipmentsAbility to work in both warehouse and manufacturing environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
