**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** The primary responsibility of this position is to pick parts from the warehouse for the production floor. Employees will move throughout the warehouse, predominantly on foot, to locate and retrieve the required parts. Once the parts are picked, they will be placed on carts, forklifts, or tuggers to facilitate transportation to the production floor, enabling the production team to seamlessly continue the assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Pick parts from the warehouse for production orders. + Utilize a cart to navigate the shop floor while picking orders and organizing products. + Assist the receiving team in checking and replenishing parts inventory. + Operate a pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently. + Be comfortable walking up to 5 miles or 10,000 steps per day. + Undergo training and certification on a stand-up forklift. **Essential Skills** + Material handling experience. + Proficiency in picking and shipping. + Comfortable using a pallet jack. + Experience in packaging. + Forklift experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of warehouse experience. + Comfortable reading and writing work reports. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean manufacturing environment with numerous opportunities for upward mobility, including lead and supervisor promotions. This role takes place in a manufacturing setting within large warehouse enclosures. The work schedule is 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime up to 2 hours before the shift. Saturday overtime is mandatory once a month, with advance notice provided. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
