**Job Title: Warehouse Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist with expertise in inventory control within a production work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in picking, packing, preparing for shipping, cycle counting, and tracking inventory using software. Familiarity with USPS and FedEx shipping is essential. This is a temp-to-perm position that involves overseeing inventory and scheduling products. **Responsibilities** + Pick products for shipment and work orders. + Oversee the shipping/receiving area, ensuring all goods are received and shipped to customer satisfaction. + Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels, ensuring orders are filled correctly. + Record items taken from inventory and fulfill orders. + Wrap or pack goods in shipping containers. + Address and label packages, compute freight or postal rates, and record weight and cost of shipments. + Inspect receipts for accuracy in part number and quantity. + Deliver receipts to the warehouse team. + Dispose of or reuse packing materials. + Schedule trucks for shipment. + Execute the Committed Items Report. **Essential Skills** + High school education or GED. + Prior warehouse experience. + 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting within a production environment. + Knowledge of RF Gun, ERP, and shipping software. + Ability to read and write in English. + Capability to lift 50lbs. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a unique opportunity to take over a team within a growing company, allowing for personal and professional growth. **Work Environment** The work environment is clean and follows lean manufacturing practices.
