Warehouse Picker – 2nd Shift (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Davenport, IA

Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Pay: $16–$17/hr

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (90 days)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately sorting boxes and placing them onto the correct pick pallets for forklift operators. The position involves picking and packing items of various sizes—from handheld boxes to thousand‑pound machine parts, using lifting equipment as needed.

You’ll also operate an RF scanner regularly and assist with loading and unloading semi‑trailers containing completed pallets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, quality-driven work environment.

This role is located in a large, open parts distribution center with a wide variety of products and frequent forklift activity. Accuracy is essential, as even a small mistake can result in a shipment being delivered to the wrong facility, including international locations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
