**Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker** **Wage:** $20.00 - $0.50 when working in the freezer Bonus: $1 premium for avg 100% each week with order picking **Shift** Available Shift: 8 pm to 4:30 am **Must work weekends Can pick which two days during the week they want off, ie. Tues and Wed, or Thurs and Friday *Training is Mon - Fri 6 pm - 2:30 am **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Order Picker to efficiently manage and organize grocery items within our warehouse environment. This role involves handling both perishable and nonperishable goods using a double electric pallet jack, utilizing a headset for item location, and assisting in palletizing and staging. Candidates will need to work across varying temperature zones, including ambient, cooler, and freezer conditions. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders for perishable and nonperishable grocery items using a double electric pallet jack. + Use a headset to locate items in the warehouse. + Palletize and stage pallets for shipment. + Assist fellow order pickers in locating orders. + Work in all temperature zones: ambient, cooler, and freezer. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months of repetitive work experience. + Ability to lift between 1-50 lbs repeatedly. + Willingness to work in cold environments, including fridge and freezer. + Open availability, including weekends, with days off during weekdays. + Eagerness to learn to operate a double electric pallet jack. + Reliable transportation, as the location is not transit accessible for PM shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous warehouse experience. + Experience with electric pallet jacks. + Forklift experience. + Strong attendance record. + Proactive in asking for help and a willingness to learn. + Good work ethic. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive union benefits, including 100% coverage for prescription, hearing, and vision.
