Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Operator
**Location:** St. Louis, MO
**Shift Hours:** 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
**Duration:** 12+ Months contract
**What's the Job?**
+ Pull material with hand pulls, pallet jack, or forklift from various storage locations.
+ Verify product numbers, batch numbers, sizes, and piece counts for each component required for packaging.
+ Utilize SAP to track and record all material movements and inventory adjustments.
+ Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely component deliveries.
+ Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Experience with material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
+ Knowledge of safety rules, ISO, and GMP quality standards preferred.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
