Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operator 2 to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator 2, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's values.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Operator
**Location:** St. Louis, MO
**What's the Job?**
+ Receive and put away all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment accurately.
+ Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment, including forklifts and powered industrial trucks.
+ Pack hazardous and nonhazardous items for shipment, ensuring compliance with all shipping regulations.
+ Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to troubleshoot any system issues.
+ Maintain exemplary attendance and adhere to the work schedule consistently.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
+ At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
+ Valid driver's license is required.
+ Ability to perform a pre-employment physical and DOT medical monitoring.
+ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
