**ob Title: Warehouse Operations Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the operations on the plant floor. This pivotal role involves managing daily activities, including hiring, firing, and coaching employees, along with team building and development. You will also be responsible for overseeing the P&L, ensuring quality standards are met for customers, and reporting directly to the Director of Operations. **Responsibilities** + Manage day-to-day operations on the plant floor. + Oversee hiring, firing, and coaching of employees. + Develop team building and leadership among employees. + Ensure adherence to quality standards for customers. + Report to the Director of Operations. + Supervise daily warehouse operations from inbound receiving to outbound shipping. + Collaborate with site leaders to develop and monitor SOPs and KPI performance. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager. + Expertise in inventory control and shipping & receiving. + Experience in distribution and logistics management. + Strong communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience with ERP systems (Profit 21). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with P&L statements. + Fastener or MRO knowledge. + Bachelor's degree preferred. + Six Sigma or Green Belt certifications. + Understanding of lean manufacturing and ISO standards. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits including BCBS, vacation, and PTO.
