Our client, a leading organization in warehouse and logistics operations, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth inventory management and logistical coordination. Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Compose and provide SOP Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including sweeping, organizing materials, managing bin placement, and breaking down pallets. Manage the Ply inventory management system, including processing incoming orders, recording product returns, and updating all related records. Perform regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and troubleshoot inventory issues to ensure accuracy. Receive, inspect, and log all incoming deliveries and packages, ensuring proper documentation and storage. Coordinate and oversee vehicle maintenance, manage tool replacements, and handle local pick-ups and deliveries to support operational needs.What's Needed?
Previous supervisor or coordinator experience a plus. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with 5 years preferred. Proficiency with inventory management systems, especially experience with Ply or similar software. Experience in coordinating material flow, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and local logistics activities. Strong attention to detail for tracking vehicle mileage, tools, and supplies, along with excellent organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including moving pallets and organizing materials.What's in it for me?
