Our client, a leading distribution center specializing in efficient logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Operations to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth and safe handling of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Days 6:00am to 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

Safely load and unload products within the distribution center, adhering to safety standards. Process customer orders accurately using RF technology, including scanning bar codes, picking, and labeling boxes. Build and re-palletize orders, ensuring correct placement and verification for shipment. Manage inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Operate material handling equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.

What's Needed?

High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with material handling equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Counter Balance forklifts. Ability to obtain Forklift Certification in accordance with company guidelines. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work well with others.
