Job Description Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager who will lead the launch and daily operations of a new Chattanooga facility, overseeing the transition from the closing Boynton warehouse and building out a full team of 10–15 temp‑to‑hire staff. This role is responsible for establishing all warehouse processes, SOPs, and operational procedures while resolving current issues such as late orders and inventory inaccuracies. The Manager will travel to Florida for two weeks of training, return to Tennessee to implement best practices, and then re‑visit Florida to analyze gaps and refine performance expectations. This position requires a strategic, hands‑on leader with experience in ERP systems (Sage or NetSuite preferred) who can hire, train, and develop warehouse talent. Offering a salary of $80,000-90,000/yr, this role requires someone local to Chattanooga who can start immediately and partner closely with leadership through virtual and in‑person interviews.
