**Job Title: Warehouse Manager** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient logistics and supply chain coordination, and lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. **Responsibilities** + Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping of chassis and related products. + Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock control systems. + Oversee equipment usage and enforce safety standards. + Plan and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of chassis to shipping, leasing, and trucking clients. + Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize transportation schedules. + Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, freight costs, and warehouse throughput. + Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff while fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. + Provide coaching, discipline, and performance feedback to warehouse staff. + Ensure adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations while promoting a safe working environment. + Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance. + Identify inefficiencies in warehouse and logistics workflows and implement lean practices to reduce costs and improve service levels. + Drive automation and technology adoption where applicable. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory, and supply chain. + Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. + Knowledge of lean manufacturing, lean practices, or Six Sigma methodologies. + Ability to analyze logistics KPIs and present actionable insights. + Familiarity with freight forwarding, intermodal logistics, and DOT regulations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. + Skills in shipping and transportation management. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, vision and dental coverage, and a 401k plan.
