Job Description:

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient handling of all inbound materials. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory and supporting a well-organized warehouse environment.Receive and process all inbound materialsEnsure proper placement and storage of all inventory itemsMaintain full ownership of warehouse inventory (excluding shop inventory)Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracyPerform incoming inspections on products to verify quality and complianceOversee all material storage and organization within the warehouseManage a team of 3 warehouse employeesCreate and maintain employee schedules to support operational needs

Qualifications to Apply:

Needs someone who takes ownership, applies themselves, takes initiative, and who can lead and motivate a team. 3 or more years experience in warehouse managementBilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Good benefits, 5 days PTO off the bat and accrue after 90 days, and new 401k 6% match option.
