Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Production Manager to lead operations at our prehung door facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and enjoys working directly with both people and machinery.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the prehung door production shop, managing a team of approximately 10 employees.Recruit, train, and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Operate and monitor specialized machinery used in the production of prehung doors.Develop and implement training programs and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.Maintain high standards of product quality, consistency, and production efficiency across all shifts.Track team performance and provide coaching to meet or exceed production goals.Foster a collaborative, respectful, and productive workplace culture.Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting materials up to 50 lbs.Essential Skills
Experience with Dutol Tool Maverick machines is a must.Warehouse management, inventory, supervision, and forklift operation.High school degree or equivalent.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with pre-hung door machinery and shop tools.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or door shop setting.Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical measurements and instructions.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.Skilled in training and developing team members.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Safety-minded and familiar with OSHA standards or similar safety guidelines.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
