We are looking for an energetic and results-driven **Warehouse Manager** to join our team. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment. **Job Title:** Warehouse Manager **Pay Rate:** Starting pay $29.00/hr. (Increases depending on shift) **Location:** Jeffersonville, IN **Job Duties:** + Provides day-to-day assistance in tracking and managing issues that arise from the warehouse + Ensures all issues are logged accurately, updates status as actions are taken, and maintains clear documentation for leadership visibility. + Support the war room lead by monitoring resolution progress, coordinating with warehouse staff and functional teams, and preparing routine reports and dashboards. + Keeping information current and ensuring timely follow-up on operational challenges + Comply with company policies and legal guidelines + Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities **Requirements** + Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently + High School Diploma or Equivalent + 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse sitting + Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner + Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties + Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift) + Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassisted + Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time + Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently **Shift:** Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th) + 1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday + 2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Monday-Thursday + 4th shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm Friday-Sunday + 5th shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am Friday-Sunday If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
