**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor** Job Description Facilitate and oversee warehouse organization, planning, and effectiveness. Review and optimize manpower, production, cost, quality, and inventory control programs to enhance warehouse profitability. Manage all aspects of the warehouse, including training, coordinating, and monitoring incoming/receiving, production, shipping, and safety. Uphold and maintain all corporate procedures, policies, and directives. Responsibilities + Direct incoming/receiving, product and purchase order verification, product identification, and preservation. + Oversee product storage and location management. + Conduct periodic physical inventory checks in conjunction with monthly and year-end closing processes. Essential Skills + Proficiency in logistics, inventory, and warehouse management. + Forklift operation and supervision skills. + Strong safety awareness and practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + Higher education and industry training are advantageous. + Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a production, warehouse, or administrative environment. + Advanced PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to establish professional partnerships across the organization.
