Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). 2. 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/management experience, preferably in a metals or building materials environment. 3. Strong understanding of aluminum extrusion handling and material flow. 4. Certified forklift operator (or ability to obtain certification). 5. Proficient in electric stand-up and fuel-powered sit-down forklift operations. 6. Experience in truck routing, scheduling, and logistics coordination. 7. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 8. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and inventory management systems. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment. **Qualifications:** 1. Warehouse & Inventory Management 2. Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, and shipping aluminum patio extrusion products. 3. Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and FIFO practices. 4. Maintain warehouse layout for optimal organization and safe material handling. 5. Ensure protection and proper handling of delicate aluminum profiles to avoid damage. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/hr.
