**Job Title: Warehouse Manager - Paying up to 100K!** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse department. You will manage personnel, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory management, while maintaining effective communication with other departments. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and manage the department and personnel by overseeing front line supervisors, monitoring payroll, conducting employee evaluations, and organizing activities. + Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are handled efficiently and customer orders are processed correctly. + Conduct inventory audits for finished goods, ingredients, raw materials, and equipment, ensuring accurate database entries and immediate correction of discrepancies. + Lead personnel by conducting meetings, delegating tasks, providing training, and resolving performance issues. + Develop and coordinate training procedures, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory effectively. + Perform administrative duties including completing reports, scheduling safety meetings, and maintaining communication with other departments. + Be willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse management + Inventory control + Supervision + Shipping and receiving + Logistics + Forklift operation + Safety procedures + Warehouse management system proficiency + Supply chain management + Timekeeping **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Current or obtainable fork-lift certification for both stand-up and sit-down forklifts + Valid Driver’s License + 7+ years of supervisory experience + Experience in food manufacturing + Proficiency in operating general office equipment + Strong leadership and team-building skills + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities + Analytical and reasoning skills + Knowledge of regulatory policies and technical literature **Work Environment** This role is based in a cold storage facility with a team-oriented atmosphere consisting of 3 employees.
