(Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Coordinator to effectively manage the RMA process for materials sourced from the field, production, or vendors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient inventory tracking and processing of RMA orders, while collaborating closely with various internal departments. M

ResponsibilitiesTrack RMA inventory maintained in Field Service warehouses.Process and follow up on open RMA orders.Source replacement equipment or parts required to support technicians in the field.Collaborate with internal departments such as Field Service, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and accounting to close RMA orders.Manually load or unload RMA orders from pallets, skids, or other lifting devices.Obtain a forklift license to assist with material handling.Validate material requirements and process inventory changes in multiple IT systems.Confirm that quality checks and documentation have been completed.Communicate with vendors regarding returning items for replacement or receiving credit notes.Follow existing RMA processes and protocols, seeking improvements to enhance efficiency.Assist Purchasing with information required to procure equipment or parts.Notify all stakeholders immediately of any potential delay of materials.Expedite and facilitate the flow of materials to and from various departments, noting production complications.Continuously improve upon processes and offer solutions to support the organization and increase overall efficiency.Essential SkillsAt least 3 years of RMA experience, preferably in a field service environment.Proficiency in using computer systems such as MS Office programs and ERP applications.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.Strong communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift license or willingness to obtain one.Experience in continuously improving processes and offering solutions.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
