**Job Title: Warehouse Manager--$70k-$90k** **Job Description** The Warehouse Manager oversees the efficient operation of the warehouse at a food production facility. This role ensures the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of ingredients, packaging, and finished products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, optimize warehouse processes, and collaborate with production and logistics teams to support seamless operations. **Responsibilities** + Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. + Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining high standards of safety and quality. + Lead and supervise a diverse team, providing guidance and support. + Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. + Optimize warehouse processes and implement improvements as needed. + Maintain inventory accuracy using management systems such as WMS and ERP. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse management and logistics. + Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office. + Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams. + Knowledge of food safety regulations and warehouse safety standards. + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment preferred. + Familiarity with foodservice, food preparation, and food production. + Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in refrigerated areas. + 2+ years of warehouse management experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy full benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
