They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.  This is an onsite position, Mon-Fri, working hours 7A-4P PST. This position will supervise a team of 3. **What You’ll Do:** + Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. + Supervise, plan, and coordinate, inbound/outbound receiving schedules and oversee the workload. + Safeguard warehouse operations. Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols. + Audit delivered items with invoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Check for contraband. + Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with a data storage system. + Understand proper storage methods, identification, and stock location. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse. + Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. + May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. + Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. + Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. + Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs. + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Warehouse & Mail Supervisor position is $27.00 per hour and the maximum is $30.00 per hour.
