**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Warehouse & Mail Supervisor, you will lead and manage the team responsible for warehouse and mailroom operations, ensuring efficient daily execution and high service standards. This role is part of the Supply Chain function and focuses on maximizing operational effectiveness, process consistency, and overall supply chain performance.
This position supports a major American multinational technology company that develops, licenses, and supports a broad range of software, hardware, and services. The role is fully onsite in Redmond, WA, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
**What You** **’** **ll Do:**
•Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
•Supervise, plan, and coordinate, inbound/outbound receiving schedules and oversee the workload.
•Safeguard warehouse operations. Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols.
• Audit delivered items with invoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Check for contraband.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with a data storage system.
• Understand proper storage methods, identification, and stock location. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
• Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
**What You’ll Need:**
• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs.
• In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum hourly rate for the Warehouse & Mail Supervisor position is $36.00 per hour and the maximum hourly rate for the Warehouse & Mail Supervisor position is $40.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
