Job Title: Warehouse/Logistics Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse/Logistics Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our warehouse. This role involves supervising logistics, transportation, and customer services to ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery of products.

ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.Manage inventory, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimizing inventory costs by maintaining accurate records and efficient storage.Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.Lead order fulfillment and customer service KPIs.Maintain and manage the equipment in the warehouse.Negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers to secure the best rates.Work with 3PL Broker to select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing shipping costs.May be involved in import/export processes.Essential SkillsLeadership and supervisory skills.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).Understanding of inventory management principles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in supply chain management software.Negotiation and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in supply chain and warehouse management.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic food and beverage manufacturing facility. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Chantilly, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
