**Job Title: Warehouse Loader** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Loader to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers, organizing and staging materials, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse area during downtime and occasionally assisting with production work. Responsibilities + Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers. + Organize and stage materials efficiently. + Assist with deliveries, verify materials, and ensure customer satisfaction. + Clean the warehouse area during downtime. + Participate in production work as needed. Essential Skills + Experience in material handling, loading/unloading trucks, and general labor. + Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Basic reading skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Any type of production labor experience. + Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in carpentry and production work is a plus. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 5am to 3:30pm, with overtime opportunities available. The role is full-time and not temporary. The work is conducted outside, so being comfortable in various weather conditions is important. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirkland, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
