Our client, a leader in handmade cosmetic and soap making supplies, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the operations department supporting warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Lead
**Location:** Independence, OH
**What's the Job?**
+ Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
+ Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
+ Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
+ Assist in training and onboarding new warehouse associates.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a leadership role.
+ Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
+ Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
