**Warehouse Lead** _Pay_ : $30/hour _Location_ : Albuquerque, NM _Job Type_ : Temporary (3-weeks) **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead to overlook 50 conveyor testers at a new UPS Warehouse being built in North Albuquerque, NM. Lead will have scheduling, operations, and leadership experience of at least 5+ years. This is a new construction job site, but a section of the warehouse will be sanctioned off to conduct conveyor belt testing. Warehouse Lead will keep track of call-offs, attendance, and ensure rules and regulations are being followed. They will then report progress on the testing to the construction foreman. **Perks of 3-Week Temporary Role** + Weekly paychecks every Wednesday through Direct Deposit. + IF you work everyday you are scheduled - you will get paid out for 8 hours a day. + Example: Scheduled for 4 hours worked - work is slow, you will get paid for a full 8 hour day. + Anything over 40 hours is still 1.5x your hourly rate. + Future reference built with Aerotek to get lined up for future long-term opportunities. + 1-step screening process. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and support general laborers in daily warehouse activities. + Ensure proper testing and functionality of conveyor systems. + Oversee labeling and handling of boxes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Address and resolve any operational issues or concerns that arise. + Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. + Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure workflow efficiency.
