**Pizza Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring for a Warehouse Lead Position in Lodi, NJ** **Location:** Lodi, NJ **Pay:** $26.30/hour ; Overtime: $39.45/hour **Shift:** 6am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday) **Type of Position:** Permanent (Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, etc.) **Description** + Maintaining of proper inventories of spare parts (issuing “used” to work orders and ordering “replenishments” of stock) + Creation of new spare parts in SAP including storage locations + Minimum of 1 cycle count all parts annually (expectation of Corp Accounting) + Cleanliness and organization of stockroom + Retrieves data from ASN – verify match with Bill of Lading and adjust as necessary; create license plates for each incoming pallets of product. + Unloads dry supplies from carriers and places license plate on each pallet that is unloaded. + Stores and stacks pallets of dry and frozen ingredients, dry supplies, and chemicals in their assigned areas. + Adheres to the (FIFO) first in first out methodology when storing and stacking of incoming dry materials and shipping finish product to customers. + All empty aisles in the warehouse will be swept and clean prior to storing new incoming dry materials in those aisles. + It is the responsibility of the warehouse worker when performing, shipping and receiving functions, that all documentation is accurate and any product that leaves this facility is tracked, recorded and match with the bill of lading, ASN system and truck drivers tally sheet. All issues and concerns in shipping/receiving documentation must be reported to the department Supervisor/Manager immediately before the truck leaves this facility + Complete 100% shipped orders on a daily basis. + Check for new incoming orders and check email for appointment times. + Check for any receiving and/or deliveries that have not shown up in the system as scheduled. **Skills** Inventory, Inventory control, sap, Cycle counts **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Keep track of work orders and repairs throughout the plant. + Improve how we track maintenance activity. + Reporting number PMs are completed each day/week as well as properly assessing which machines are in need of the most work. + If there are machines out there that are constantly causing issues then this would help the argument for spending capital to replace them. + Help other departments to place work orders **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.30 - $26.30/hr.
