Our client, a leading food manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator/Analyst to join their team. As a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator/Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator/ Analyst
**Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma**
**Pay Range:** $21.50/ hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee daily inventory control processes for raw materials and finished goods across multiple facilities.
+ Support and troubleshoot D365 ERP system issues related to warehouse operations.
+ Perform real-time data entry, pallet scanning, and documentation to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
+ Coordinate with production, quality, finance, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.
+ Assist in maintaining food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards within the warehouse environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Experience with inventory control processes and logistics.
+ Proficiency in computer systems, especially D365, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email.
+ Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proven safety record in previous roles.
