Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a brand-new warehouse where you will contribute to the distribution of lighting fixtures and shades. Your main duties will include picking, packing, and stocking inventory as it arrives from trailers. As this involves handling fragile items, attention to detail is crucial. You will also perform computer work using an iPad system and a hand scanner.

ResponsibilitiesPick and pack items with precision and care.Stock inventory throughout the warehouse.Box and package fragile items meticulously.Perform computer work using an iPad system.Use a hand scanner for inventory tracking.Essential SkillsExperience in inventory management is required.Ability to perform physical and heavy lifting, up to 40 pounds.Proficiency in packing and material handling.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience is beneficial.Familiarity with picking and packing processes.Composite toe shoes are required; steel toes are optional.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a newly established warehouse with potential for advancement. Dress comfortably and safely with composite or steel toe shoes. The position is temporary through Black Friday, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The environment is similar to other major distribution centers and offers a supportive and growth-oriented atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
