**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where the primary focus is on staging and gathering materials for production. You will prepare skids for production and handle shipping and receiving duties for a portion of the day. The role involves significant forklift operation, with most of the day spent on a sit-down propane forklift. You will be provided with detailed instructions for picking materials based on location and quantity. **Responsibilities** + Stage and gather materials for production. + Prepare skids for production. + Handle shipping and receiving duties. + Operate sit-down propane forklifts for the majority of the day. + Lift and transport materials weighing up to 55 lbs regularly. + Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately using provided paperwork. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse experience. + Forklift experience. + Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 55 lbs. + Strong common sense and ability to follow instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Two to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Must possess a GED or high school diploma. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. + Strong organizational skills. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Basic mechanical aptitude. + Ability to physically enter dust collectors for cleaning and maintenance. + Proficiency in using hand tools. **Hours & Pay Rate** + 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2 PM to 11 PM or 10 PM to 6 AM - $20 per hour. **Work Environment** Work primarily takes place in a climate-controlled paint manufacturing facility, with shifts available from 2 PM to 11 PM or 10 PM to 6 AM. The role requires wearing personal protective equipment and company-provided uniforms. The facility is equipped with sit-down propane forklifts for material handling tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
