**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our warehouse team. The primary responsibility of this role is to pull individual medical files from storage, enter required data into a database, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information. **Responsibilities** + Pull individual medical files from storage boxes. + Identify required data fields from each file and enter information into the database. + Carry boxes to and from the workstation, ensuring accurate data entry for each file. + Return reviewed files to the boxes and place them back on the pallet. + Maintain a consistent high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph) with 100% accuracy. + Carry cartons weighing 30-50 pounds for distances up to 20 feet, at a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes. + Lift and lower cartons from/to pallets and workstations with lift heights ranging from 13” to 45”. **Essential Skills** + Data entry proficiency with a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour. + Ability to maintain 100% accuracy using 'double key' verification. + Capable of carrying and lifting cartons weighing 30-50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse or general labor setting. + Proficiency in typing and using data entry computer systems. + Ability to sit at a desk for 90% of the workday. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values your precision and speed.
