Detail-focused Warehouse Documentation Specialist needed to manage end-to-end documentation workflows for our warehouse operations. You'll verify shipment records, resolve discrepancies, coordinate with AP and cross-site teams, and ensure accurate digital record-keeping in our ERP and DocWare systems.

To check for correspondence between documents accompanying delivered shipments in a warehouse and the made records / receipts in the Company's ERP system
• Check for consistency between the documents issued by the ERP system and the transport documents with which the goods were exported. If inconsistencies are found, find a suitable solution for obtaining the missing transport documents, receipts, packing lists, invoices
• Complete and scan documents and send them to the accounting department and / or upload them to Docuware
• Keep records of all documents related to deliveries and exports
• Prepare reports, monitor key performance indicators for warehouse activities (KPI)

Core Responsibilities:

Verify correspondence between physical shipping documents and ERP system records for all incoming and outgoing warehouse shipmentsIdentify and resolve documentation discrepancies (missing transport documents, receipts, packing lists, or invoices), coordinating with internal teams as neededProcess documentation workflow: scan, digitize, and upload all warehouse documents to DocWare system; distribute to accounting department as requiredCoordinate with Accounts Payable and other Sensata plant warehouses on shipment documentation and inter-site transfers (ISO's)Maintain comprehensive records of all delivery and export documentationGenerate reports and monitor warehouse KPIs to support operational performance tracking

Requirements:

Essential:

Working knowledge of warehouse documentation (goods receipt/delivery protocols, waybills, invoices, stock management records)Proficiency with ERP warehouse/logistics modules and MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in document processingExcellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlinesEffective team collaboration and communication abilities
