Warehouse Coordinator
Job Title: Warehouse CoordinatorJob Description The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role within the supply chain, tasked with overseeing inventory management to ensure efficient and accurate MRO stockroom operations. This position is essential for maintaining clean and organized data inputs that align with operational standards. Responsibilities + Collect, document, and verify inventory data, including part numbers, descriptions, cycle counts, material specifications, and location details. + Validate data accuracy against existing warehouse records, vendor documentation, and system databases. + Prepare inventory datasets for upload into WMS/CMMS environments, ensuring audit-ready quality. + Organize, label, and maintain MRO satellite stockroom locations in alignment with company standards. + Arrange and optimize shelving, bins, and racking systems to support efficient inventory flow. + Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily identifiable. + Assist with receiving, staging, and dispatching parts and supplies as needed. + Collaborate cross-functionally with facilities maintenance, procurement, and project teams to support inventory improvements and operational readiness. + Maintain clear, accurate documentation throughout all inventory processes. Essential Skills + Experience with pallet jacks. + 2-5 years of warehouse or MRO experience. + Basic Excel experience, including data cleaning and validation, import/export processes. + High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. + Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. + Effective communication and documentation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Forklift experience is highly preferred. + Strong understanding of stock counts, inventory movement procedures, and standard operating protocols. + Familiarity with WMS/CMMS platforms, preferably including data workflows relevant to Tririga. + Ability to extract, analyze, and prepare data for system integration. + Collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams and departments. Work Environment The role is in-person, based at OR352-Tualatin-SW Leveton Dr. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7am to 4pm. The position requires working in a clean room environment at times, with personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and work pants. The Warehouse Coordinator may work independently or alongside a supervisor, with a typical day involving data entry into the inventory system and daily safety checks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tualatin, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
