1st  Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm with overtime and weekends as required

Work Location: 4001 Salt Works Road, Medina, NY 14

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $25.25 per hour  * Sign on bonus of $150 on hire, $250 after 90 days and $600 after 6 months (attendance and probationary policies apply).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet truck drivers/vendors as neededAnswer calls to the warehouse officeCoordinate inbound/outbound schedules with guard and yard truck driverProcess orders as loadedPrint Bill of Lading, pick lists, locator sheets, etc.Assign trailers to warehouse doors for loadingInventory, order and coordinate warehouse shipping suppliesOrder supplies for warehouse officeProcess inbound paperwork for packing supplies, ingredients and finished productCoordinate all government shipments (inventory, transportation, load day/time)FilingAttend meetings as requiredCross train to provide departmental coverageAll Plant employees are responsible for Plant Safety, SQF, FSMA, Food Safety-HACCP, GMP, Food Quality, Food Defense and Food Fraud.Follow all Plant Safety, SQF, FSMA, Food Safety-HACCP, GMP, Food Quality, Food Defense and Food Fraud policies and programs at all times.Report all Safety, SQF, FSMA, Food Safety-HACCP, GMP, Food Quality, Food Defense and Food
