Warehouse Coordinator
**Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator** **Job Description** The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely loading and unloading of products or materials to and from carrier trailers. This role involves coordinating yard movements, managing external transfers, maintaining an efficient shipping and receiving schedule, and entering information on incoming and outgoing goods and services into the manufacturing computer system. The Warehouse Coordinator may handle a combination of receiving, shipping, scheduling, and dispatching tasks or focus exclusively on one of these functions. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the accurate and timely loading and unloading of products or materials. + Coordinate yard movements and manage external transfers. + Maintain an efficient shipping and receiving schedule. + Enter information on incoming and outgoing goods and services into the manufacturing computer system. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes. + Strong data entry skills. + Experience with SAP and Excel, with a minimum of 2-4 years. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, and there is potential for salary increase upon conversion to a full-time employee. The position is on the 2nd shift, from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the requirement to work 1-2 Saturdays per month. The role is non-union, and there is no requirement for forklift operation. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
