Responsibilities include accurately receiving, stocking, and organizing products, preparing orders for pickup or delivery, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service in person, via phone, or email to assist, resolve issues, and drive sales. Handle products safely, load them into customer vehicles, and ensure proper transport. Perform data entry and retrieval, including customer orders, inventory, pricing, and quotations. Maintain merchandise displays and general housekeeping duties (restocking, cleaning, organizing). Accurately conduct cycle counts/inventory and operate a forklift as needed. Stay connected with customers for after-sale service, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills and ability to process orders accurately. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, and performing essential job functions. Must pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a valid driver’s license. Benefits and Perks:$17/hourMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:A well-established HVAC distributor with a strong regional presence, providing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products to contractors and businesses. The base pay range for this position is $17/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
