**Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Support Specialist** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Administrative Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse operations. This role involves performing administrative tasks related to customer shipments, managing excel reports, and utilizing our computer systems. You will also assist in labeling shipments for pickup and handle phone and email communications. The position requires a balance of 60% office work and 40% presence on the warehouse floor. 1st shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday **Responsibilities** + Complete various administrative tasks related to customer shipments. + Label shipments ready for pickup. + Manage and update excel reports. + Utilize WMS/ERP software and basic computer systems. + Answer phones and respond to emails. + Work collaboratively with warehouse workers and support daily tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse/distribution logistics. + Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with WMS/ERP software and basic computer skills, including spreadsheets. + Good communication and customer service skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inventory, shipping and receiving, and data entry. + Knowledge of bills of lading, material handling, and supply chain management. + Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience preferred. + Strong computer skills and good interpersonal skills. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a pathway to permanent employment after six months, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. The facility is heated during winter and features fans to maintain a comfortable temperature in summer. The warehouse stores and ships manufactured food from our North Jersey plant, with a distinctive spice aroma present. Proper footwear is required, with steel toe or composite shoes meeting OSHA standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
