**Stockroom Clerk Specialist** **Pay Rate:** $19.50 per hour **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM **Additional Hours:** Occasional weekends as needed; overtime opportunities available **Location** **San Antonio, TX 78238** **Northwest side of San Antonio** Essential Job Functions: + Provide regular status support regarding material min/max levels and delivery status. + Responsible for labeling and visually inspecting all incoming supplies and parts to ensure quality and quantity accuracy. + Will be responsible for properly rotating inventory, verifying quantities, putting away parts, and issuing material as needed. + Conduct daily supply inventory and cycle counts as required by management. + Promptly communicates with management regarding any inventory or shipping discrepancies found. + Well-versed with computers and have familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite. (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) + Will assist with pulling assigned job materials based on the consumable list. + As needed, operate a forklift or pallet jack to move parts around the warehouse/ inventory area. + The above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities. Requirements + 1-2 years’ experience in Inventory Control in a warehouse environment is preferred. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. (English) (Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required) + Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask. + Be able to lift 50-75 pounds. Frequent bending/reaching/stooping/walking/and standing. + Must be flexible and available to workdays, weekends, holidays, and required mandatory overtime as needed. + Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, maintaining a positive attitude in stressful situations. + Forklift Certification is a plus but not required. + Support inventory management strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
