**Warehouse Associate - Elgin, IL** **1st/2nd Shift** **$18/hr** **Job Description** Join a dynamic warehouse team where you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling product. You will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and moving products within a high-volume environment, ensuring that each item is processed accurately and efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Break down loads that arrive on trucks. + Lift products off pallets and move them to designated areas. + Sort products and separate them by product line and serial number. + Lift products weighing up to 50 lbs, with team assistance provided for heavier items. + Perform light work using putaway carts and move products to designated locations via RF Scanner. + Stand for 8 hours a day, extending to 12 hours during mandatory overtime from Sunday to Thursday. + Participate in orientation and safety training sessions. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read, write, and speak English. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Basic computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year(s) of warehouse experience. + Proficiency with RF Scanners. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits upon conversion, including insurance from day one as an employee, a 401k plan with a 3-5% match, and paid time off.
