**Cosmetic Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring an Inventory/Warehouse Administrator in Fairfield, NJ** **Location:** Fairfield, NJ **Position:** Inventory/Warehouse Administrative Coordinator **Shift:** 7:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday) **Pay:** $23/hour ; Overtime: $34.50/hour **Job Description** We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage all aspects of shipping and receiving operations. This role involves processing orders, handling new materials, and ensuring accurate documentation for both local and international orders. This is a Desk/Office Type Position - Working in warehouse through ERP System. **Responsibilities** + Desk/Office Admin position + Ship all orders efficiently and accurately. + Receive and process new materials, including printing labels and updating inventory. + Prepare paperwork for next day orders, including labels, COA, and SDS. + Handle all incoming orders for the satellite warehouse in Florida. + Communicate daily with the satellite warehouse to confirm shipping and ensure proper billing documentation is provided. + Call in truckers for shipments and coordinate delivery appointments with vendors. + Log all orders and input information for commercial invoices on international shipments. + Maintain and update inventory cards by deducting shipped materials. + Enter information into FedEx and UPS systems as required. + Assist the shipping and warehouse manager with day-to-day functions. **Essential Skills** + Proven background in shipping and receiving operations. + Proficiency in ERP systems and order processing. + Experience with labeling and dispatching orders. + Competence in working with FedEx and UPS systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma required. + Ability to read and speak English fluently. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
