We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory and logistics operations efficiently. This role requires maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management systems, as well as coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate will support warehouse leadership with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation, while monitoring stock levels and assisting with cycle counts and audits.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management systems.Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.Support warehouse leadership with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.Monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts and audits.Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding inventory, orders, and logistics.Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies and safety regulations.Assist with onboarding and training documentation for new warehouse staff.Essential SkillsProficiency in inventory management.Experience with shipping and receiving processes.Familiarity with FedEx and warehouse management systems (WMS).Ability to handle cycle counts and phone orders.Reading and writing comprehension in English.Basic measuring skills to read and convert English and Metric systems.Basic arithmetic skills to calculate and convert decimals and fractions.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be able to read a tape measure and pass a tape measure test in both English and Metric.Experience with overhead crane operation and certification as an operator.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr.
