**Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Operator** **Job Description** This position involves operating one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment, which includes handling raw materials, filling, capping, sealing, labeling, or packaging products. The role requires removing damaged products or supplies, conducting production, package, and flavor changeovers, maintaining product inspection processes, and performing basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient operation of production equipment. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency. + Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow. + Ensure package and product quality. + Perform preventative maintenance. + Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely. + Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift. + Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices. + Expedite repairs to line, working with maintenance as necessary. + Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations. + Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere. + Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. **Essential Skills** + Experience with high-speed production lines. + Experience with pallet operations. + Experience operating packing machines. + Experience operating filler machines. + Experience operating palletizers. + Experience reading blueprints and schedules. + Proficiency with computers in a manufacturing setting. + Experience with sanitization and GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES. + Experience with minor mechanical repairs. + Experience with preventative maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined. + Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. + General labor skills. + Warehouse production experience. + Proficiency in material handling, unloading, and loading. + Troubleshooting skills. + Knowledge of machine safety, repair, and maintenance. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Folsom, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
