Our client, a leading player in the tire disctribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Novi, MI
**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Prioritize and pick product to fill orders and stage products for loading.
+ Physically move and lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Organize warehouse stock and assist in daily closing down of the warehouse.
+ Compile and submit regular reports of damaged or outdated stock and assist in periodic inventory counts.
+ Operate powered industrial vehicles safely and maintain an operator license, if required.
**What's Needed?**
+ No previous experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
+ Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Commitment to safety and compliance with warehouse protocols.
