Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift, working from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. You will initially train on the first two shifts for at least six weeks, requiring flexibility in your schedule. This role involves working in an English-speaking environment, ensuring effective communication within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Offload trucks during the day shift.Operate forklifts, with proficiency in both sit-down and stand-up models required.Use a picklist to accurately deliver the correct amount of product.Prioritize FIFO (First In, First Out) method to pull older lots first.Work independently, ensuring tasks are completed without shortcuts.Utilize RF Scanners for inventory management.Re-palletize products manually if necessary.Focus on labeling products, wrapping pallets, and cutting jars using a safety blade.Deliver raw materials to production lines and wrap finished products for storage.Ensure the condition of raw materials and finished products remain undamaged, clean, and stored at the correct temperature.Maintain a clean and organized work environment by executing the Master Sanitation Schedule.Assist in various warehouse areas, including shipping, receiving, and materials projects.Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring correct product placement.Involve in tempering and rework schedules.Assist with printing labels and paperwork for production lines.Review and adhere to sustainment sheets.Ensure adherence to all safety rules and communicate unresolved issues to supervisors.Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.Essential Skills
Proficiency in operating forklifts, both sit-down and stand-up.Experience with RF Scanners and material handling.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform mathematical calculations.Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.Experience with FIFO inventory management.Capability to handle administrative tasks, inventory control, packing, and shipping.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and interpret bar graphs.Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and shipping documents.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
