**Position Title:** Entry-Level Warehouse Team Member **Overview** : A growing manufacturing company based in Norwood, MA is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Member to support daily warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring efficient handling, storage, and transportation of cabinetry and materials within the facility. **Key Duties:** + Transfer finished cabinetry from the production line to designated warehouse areas. + Receive incoming shipments and move products into storage. + Prepare and load outgoing deliveries onto trucks. + Occasionally accompany drivers to assist with customer deliveries. + Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials. **Required Experience & Skills:** + 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment. + Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. + Skilled in truck loading and unloading procedures. + Certified or experienced in operating sit-down forklifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Background in general labor, material handling, or production support. + Familiar with tasks such as packing, picking, labeling, and inventory control. + Experience in shipping/receiving and basic assembly work. + Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive benefits package and paid time off after permanent hire. + Opportunities for advancement in a stable and expanding manufacturing company. + Supportive team environment with hands-on training. **Work Setting:** You’ll be part of a dynamic warehouse team within a large manufacturing facility that includes departments for cabinetry, granite, and production. The team includes 9 warehouse associates and 4 delivery drivers. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
