If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Job Summary** Warehouse Associate To perform various warehouse activities in support of the company’s warehouse operations **Main Duties and Responsibilities** + Accurately sort and place materials or items on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas according to organizational standards. + Attach identifying tag and labels or marks information on shipping materials, items, boxes, cases or containers. + Accurately identify and count stock materials/items bi-monthly and record the stock levels in the corresponding inventory reports. This duty also includes general assistance in inventory management as required. + Report defective, questionable or expired materials to the Warehouse Supervisor. + Notify Warehouse Supervisor of problems that cannot be resolved. + Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. + Label and prepare shipment assets, as well as cleaning durable packaging solutions. + Condition and assemble thermal packaging in accordance with applicable procedures. + Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures. + Safely operate all the necessary equipment in the work area. + Wear the proper safety equipment. + Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. **General** + Partake in all training sessions set forth by MARKEN. + Adhere to all MARKEN Policies and Procedures at all times. + Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Branch Manager **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
