**Job Title** : Warehouse Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish)

**Shift** : 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
**Start** : ASAP | End: February 28, 2026 (possible extension)
**Pay** : $19.00/hr
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory control, and order preparation. This role requires forklift operation, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
**What you will do** :
+ Maintain an organized, standardized warehouse layout and manage all material movement throughout the facility
+ Ensure the safety and security of warehouse inventory and equipment
+ Operate a forklift to unload shipments, process receipts, and properly store materials to maintain inventory accuracy
+ Perform inventory transactions using Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including receiving, stocking, issuing, and vendor returns
+ Support inventory accuracy and integrity through daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits
+ Maintain auditable records and adhere to established standards for all shipping and receiving activities
+ Collaborate with branch planning and replenishment teams to provide feedback on appropriate stocking levels
+ Accurately pull, stage, and prepare job kits in advance of scheduled installation dates, including processing will‑call materials
+ Partner with Electrification Operations field teams to support efficient daily mobilization (e.g., loading jobs in advance, coordinating drop shipments)
+ Work closely with the Service Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of materials returned to vendors
**What You Bring to the Job:**
+ MUST be bilingual English/Spanish. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Oracle experience preferred
+ MUST have prior warehouse and forklift operation experience
+ Ability to work overtime
+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
+ Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
