Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will be an integral part of our operations. You will handle the receiving and put-away of all inbound freight, ensuring that every item is processed according to our procedural standards. Your role will also involve picking and shipping customer orders, including 3PL items, while adhering to FIFO/FEFO rotation protocols. You'll contribute to the smooth distribution of products to and from manufacturing, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

ResponsibilitiesReceive, tag, and organize items in the warehouse with barcode labels and allergen stickers.Ensure stocked items are organized, separated by allergen, and readily accessible.Inspect inventory for defects and damage, reporting to the Inventory Control Department.Report quality defects of ingredients to the Quality Control team.Essential SkillsProficiency with RF scanning systems.Experience operating reach and hi-lows.Knowledge of FIFO system.Ability to work from pick lists and system-driven reports.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual in Spanish is a plus.Excellent relationship-building and collaborative skills.Self-motivated, confident, and able to work under pressure.Detail-oriented with standard mathematical acumen.Understanding of safety rules and regulations.Ability to use warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work during the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm in conditions that range from dry to refrigerated and freezer environments. You will regularly work near moving machinery and mechanical parts, sometimes at heights. Occasionally, you may be exposed to wet or humid conditions, temperature extremes, and moderate noise levels. Products in the facility may contain peanuts, milk, and tree nuts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
