Warehouse Worker – Contract Position (Palmetto, FL)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $19–$21 per hour

Contract Length: 6 months, with strong opportunity to convert to a direct hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker for a contract position in Palmetto, FL. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and general organization of the facility. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process incoming materialsPull, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentOperate pallet jacks, carts, and basic warehouse equipmentMaintain accurate inventory counts and documentationOrganize warehouse stock and ensure a clean, safe work areaAssist with loading and unloading trucksFollow all safety policies and standard operating proceduresQualificationsPrevious warehouse or material handling experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededStrong attention to detail and reliabilityComfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shiftBasic computer or scanner experience is a plusWhat We OfferSteady Monday–Friday scheduleCompetitive hourly pay ($19–$21/hr)Supportive environment with opportunity for long-term employment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
